Tom Xia

Originally from China, Tom Xia moved to California at age 8. He is the producer and protagonist of Xmas Without China (Mountainfilm 2013), a personal story about his experiment to demonstrate America’s dependence on Chinese goods. He was also a director/producer of four episodes of “Oceans Away,” and directed The Peony Pavilion: Young Lover's Edition and The Elephant in the Pink Tutu.
