Steve Dorst

Steve Dorst is a documentary filmmaker and the founder of the production company Dorst MediaWorks. He directed for G.I.s(2015), Shattered Sky (2012) and Volcanic Sprint (2007). Most recently, alongside Brad Allgood, co-directed the 2020 Mountainfilm Commitment Grant winning film Dani’s Twins (Mountainfilm 2022). The film is an intimate look into the issues of disability, pregnancy and adaptive parenting, fraught with medical risks, exacerbated by the current pandemic.
