Sean Villanueva O’Driscoll

Raised in Brussels, Sean Villanueva O’Driscoll started climbing at the age of 13 and has been in search of adventure since. He is a professional climber who has traveled to some of the world’s wildest places, including Patagonia, Pakistan, Yosemite, Baffin Island and Greenland. His speciality is big wall free climbing, wet mossy off-widths, runout slabs and making music with his trademark tin whistle whenever he has a spare moment. Adventures of the Dodo (Mountainfilm 2016) chronicles his adventures with a team of climbers living on a 10-meter sailboat as they conquer nine first ascents on Baffin Island and Greenland’s western fjords.
