Scott Cohen

Scott Cohen is a New York-based artist with a passion for the interplay between design, technology and innovation. He has a long history of blending filmmaking and classic still photography to create photographic works — large-scale pigment and platinum prints — that can be found in numerous private collections in the U.S., South America and Europe. His first feature film, Red Knot (Mountainfilm 2015), followed a small ensemble of 17 people on a research vessel bound for Antarctica. In 2014, he collaborated with Macro-Sea LLC to create New Lab, a technology and design center in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
