Olivier Higgins
Olivier Higgins is a scriptwriter, director and filmmaker who discovered film as a trained biologist and climber as he documented projects and traveled around the world. Today, he is a director and producer at MOFilms, a production company based in Quebec City that he founded with his collaborator, Melanie Carrier, in 2010. Their 2007 film Asiemut, which chronicles their bicycle journey from Mongolia to India, won 35 international awards and was broadcast on television in nearly two dozen countries. With Carrier, he directed Ice Philosophy (Mountainfilm 2013).
