Matt Wolf

Matt Wolf is an American documentary filmmaker and producer based in New York. His notable films include Wild Combination: A Portrait of Arthur Russell (2008), Teenage (2013), Bayard & Me (Mountainfilm 2017), Recorder: The Marion Stokes Project (2019) and Spaceship Earth (Mountainfilm 2021), a film that recounts the creation of Biosphere 2 and its impact on the world today. In addition to making documentary films, Wolf directs commercials and content for brands, and was an executive producer and showrunner on the National Geographic miniseries “I Am Rebel.” He was awarded a Guggenheim fellowship in 2010.
