Kristina Wayte
Sketch artist and animator Kristina Wayte graduated from San Jose State University and started her career as a 2D artist at a mobile gaming studio. But, the adventure lover continued to draw the things she saw and did in the great outdoors. The result was a series of illustrations and graphics that eventually led her to start freelancing full time. Her first film, My Last Day of Summer (Mountainfilm 2021), which she co-directed with Luke Allen Humphrey, is based on her comic “The Trails Series” and showcases a blend of live-action and animation.
