Jeff Hasler

Jeff Hasler’s film chops run deep. In 2014, he was appointed the executive vice president of production and development for National Geographic Studios, the video production and distribution arm of the National Geographic Society. He has also worked as the senior vice president of production and development for Discovery Channel and the director of programming at A&E. Hasler has been involved with the production or commissioning of Emmy Award- and Academy Award-winning projects, including cable hits “Queer Eye for the Straight Guy,” “Man vs. Wild” and “Cash Cab,” as well as the documentary feature films Man on Wire and Werner Herzog’s Encounters at the End of the World.
