Cody Lewis

Over the past five years, Portland-based Cody Lewis has been collaborating with co-director Marc Rotse to produce content that not only tells stories but shifts perspectives and visually enlightens audiences. In their most recent collaborative project, Lewis co-directed The Black Stonefly (Mountainfilm 2022). The film documents the story of Gian Lawrence, a black, Washington native who discovers life-changing solace in the outdoors after falling into a life of crime and a near-death experience.
