Chris Rainier

Photographer Chris Rainier is on a mission to put wilderness and indigenous cultures on film. He is a National Geographic Society Fellow and contributing editor at National Geographic Traveler magazine, co-directs the Enduring Voices Project and directs the All Roads Photography Program. He is a correspondent on photography for NPR’s "Day to Day." His work is seen in Time, Life, Smithsonian, The New York Times, many National Geographic publications and in museums and galleries around the world. Chris was formerly on the Mountainfilm board of directors.
