Charles Post

Charles Post is an ecologist, filmmaker, co-founder of The Nature Project, ecology editor of Modern Huntsman and a fellow of the Explorers Club who calls southwest Montana home. With nearly a decade of experience working as a field researcher and studying ecology at U.C. Berkeley, Post leans on the communicative power of storytelling to inspire our next generation of stewards. His photography and writing have been published by YETI, National Geographic Magazine and Outside magazine. His documentary work includes Island Earth (2016), Sky Migrations (Mountainfilm 2018) and Return of the Desert Bighorn (Mountainfilm 2019). His film Golden (Mountainfilm 2020) tells the story of a raptor biologist who studies how human impact affects golden eagle reproduction and productivity.
