Cedar Palmer

Born and Raised in Telluride, Palmer grew up attending Mountainfilm, all the while gaining inspiration to make skiing and skateboarding videos with his friends. He eventually became serious about filmmaking, graduating with a film production degree from CU Boulder in 2021. His film At Home Off Piste(Mountainfilm 2021), takes viewers on a journey into the Telluride backcountry with words from his father, Himay Palmer, and skiing by his mother, Melanie Kent. His 2022 ski film At Home Off Piste showcases the talent of Palmer and his posse of ski buddies from Telluride, CU and beyond. Cedar is the director of Discordance (Mountainfilm 2023).
