Cara Wilder was born and raised in North Carolina, where she found a love for both the mountains and sea. After graduating with a bachelor of fine arts in graphic design from Appalachian State University, she moved to Telluride to see what life was like in the San Juans. She worked as the graphic designer at the Wilkinson Public Library before landing a job with Mountainfilm, officially making Telluride home. She is always looking for a way to get outside, where you can probably find her biking, snowboarding, hiking, drinking coffee or dreaming of the ocean.
