Brett Schreckengost
A ski bum turned photographer and filmmaker, Brett Schreckengost has made a career of chasing his friends with a camera. Schreckengost’s work captures the risk-taking spirit of skiers, such as Telluride local Greg Hope, who claims a huge line in 64 mph (Mountainfilm 2014). Schreckengost's stunning film Waking Dragons (Mountainfilm 2017) is a birds-eye view of the increidble landscape surrounding of the San Juan Mountains. Schreckengost works from his home studio in Ophir, Colorado, finding inspiration in the surrounding mountains.
