Bonni Cohen

Before coming to documentary film, Bonnie Cohen worked as a journalist in London and Jerusalem for Reuters TV and NBC. She has produced and directed an array of award-winning films, including co-directing Audrie & Daisy with Jon Shenk, a film about the impact of online harassment. The two also paired to direct An Inconvenient Sequel (Mountainfilm 2017). Cohen produced The Island President and The Rape Of Europa, which was nominated for two Emmy Awards and Best Documentary Screenplay by the Writers Guild of America. With director Jon Else, she produced Wonders Are Many: The Making Of Doctor Atomic and Open Outcry. She also directed and produced Kofi Annan: Eye Of The Storm.
