Berra Yazar-Klosinski

Dr. Berra Yazar-Klosinski is a clinical researcher and scientist who works on the development of MDMA-assisted psychotherapy. She is the deputy director of the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), where she also serves as the chief scientific officer. Yazar-Klosinski studies psychedelic medicines, designing clinical trials and working with regulatory agencies like the Food and Drug Administration to bring these medicines to patients. She has a doctorate in molecular, cell and developmental biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
