Antrim Caskey

Antrim Caskey is a documentary photographer whose work focuses on community justice issues worldwide. She covered the parliamentary elections in Afghanistan in September 2005, and has travelled in India documenting the rise of that nation as a global power. Her work, has appeared in Orion magazine, The Independent, The New York Times Magazine, The Globe and Mail, Travel+Leisure, and other publications. She currently lives in Rock Creek WV, where she works with the organization Climate Ground Zero on a campaign to stop mountaintop removal. She was recently announced as a winner of the 43rd Annual Robert F. Kennedy Journalism Awards for her work 'Dragline,' a photographic expose of mountaintop removal coal mining.
