Alexis Tymon

Alexis Tymon is a director at Sourcy Film, a London-based creative filmmaking studio which she runs with Ben Crocker. Sourcy has worked with clients like BBC Earth, Google and American Express. As a filmmaker, Tymon is drawn to stories about people that are often focused around adventure, food and sustainability. She is the co-director of the adventure documentary Running the Roof (Mountainfilm 2021), which follows three runners as they run across the Bartang valley, a mountainous and remote region of Tajikistan. The film won the Audience Choice Award at Banff Mountain Film Festival.
