Alex Schwartz

A native of the Bay Area, Alex Schwartz frequently visited Yosemite National Park as a kid — it’s a place he revisits in The Last Glaciers In Yosemite (Mountainfilm 2020), where he follows the study of Yosemite’s iconic glaciers, which are threatened by climate change. Schwartz also worked on Buried in the Mix (2017) and has directed and edited several videos for Sofar Sounds and Amnesty International. A graduate of Emory University’s film school, Schwartz has worked at ICM Partners and is currently on the team at Everyman Pictures.
