Aleix Vilardebó

Spanish filmmaker and outdoor enthusiast, Aleix Vilardebó prefers to be hailed by his Nepali name “Ashyang.” Equal parts energy, comedy and creativity, Vilardebó’s short films range from the ever-so-relatable lilt of Dear Hotel, (2019) to the rush of endorphins found in They Say (2017). His mission is to create engaging, story-driven content so brands can connect seamlessly with their audience. His most recent work, Joseba Cruz (Mountainfilm 2021), tells the story of an earthly chef foraging for simplicity while competing internally for satiety.
