More Good News in the Courts
The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals today reversed the decision of the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada regarding the long and complex case featured in the film Our Land, Our Life (MF 2007, later renamed American Outrage).The Ninth Circuit in San Francisco ruled that the BLM likely violated the National Environmental Policy Act when they approved the Cortez Hills Mine on sacred Shoshone land.
