Journey to Midway Island with Chris Jordan

Artist Chris Jordan (Mountainfilm 2008 - http://www.mountainfilm.org/tv/mom08.asp) has led a team to Midway Island where he is photographing what sounds like an albatross holocaust. There are thousands upon thousands of dead birds who have been killed by eating plastic from the Great Pacific Garbage Patch. Chris said the team is embarking on an introspective journey to confront a vitally relevant question: "In this time of unprecedented global crisis, how can we move through grief, denial, despair and immobility into new territories of acceptance, possibility, and wise action?"
