Nadia Iris Mercado

Nadia Iris Mercado grew up running, swimming and spending time outdoors in the working class suburb of Lauderhill, Florida. Today she is a skydiver, climber, hiker and cardiac nurse who has a passion for public health and addressing healthcare inequities in communities of color. She is the subject of Mi Mamá (Mountainfilm 2019).
