David Alvarado
David Alvarado is an award-winning documentary filmmaker with a passion for science, philosophy and human rights. After working in television and earning his M.F.A. from Stanford University, he founded Structure Films with Jason Sussberg. The documentary production company creates long-form science, health and technology storytelling. Alvarado and Sussberg went on to co-direct The Immortalists (2014), Bill Nye: Science Guy (Mountainfilm 2017) and We Are As Gods (Mountainfilm 2021).
