An award-winning documentary filmmaker, Engman has spent the last decade producing and directing commercial and independent projects for large brands and creative agencies. These include Nike, ESPN, Discovery Channel, Patagonia, Wieden + Kennedy, 72 and Sunny. Commercial projects have been focused on marketing for the tech, security, healthcare, lifestyle, food and travel industries, while independent films have been character profiles on individuals pursuing passions with a deep connection to nature. He directed the documentary Mending the Line (Mountainfilm 2014), which follows 90-year-old World War II veteran and renowned fly fisherman Frank Moore as he returns to France to fish the rivers he first crossed as a 21-year-old soldier.
